Redwood Watches

Assembled in Canada

Early on The Redwood Brothers, had the goal to manufacture watches in Canada. Since 2020, their watches are proudly assembled in their own workshop on the north shore of the great St-Lawrence river near Montreal, Canada

Heritage Designs

The Redwood Brothers, have great respect and admiration for heritage designs. Military watches from WW2 to the 80s and the outdoor lifestyle have been their biggest influence

Rugged Build

It was decided early on to build rugged watches because they wanted their customers to have a product that would last for years. By using quality materials, they ensure their durability and good looks

Built Tough

The watch case embodies the essence of form following function, featuring a rugged, all-stainless construction with a brushed finish and polished highlights. Our commitment to ruggedness extends to achieving a robust 100m/330ft water resistance, thanks to the high-quality modern polymer seals equipping the crown, pushers, and screw-down caseback.

Each watch is also equipped with a sapphire crystal. Being one of the hardest materials - rated at 9 on the Mohs hardness scale whereas diamonds rate at 10 - it is highly scratch-resistant. Its flat shape further minimizes the risk of damage. Its 1.5mm thickness is designed to withstand shock and strong hydrostatic pressure experienced underwater.

Watch Roll Included

Each Redwood Field watch is shipped in a heritage-inspired watch roll. Borrowing design elements from the M42 field jacket, the sturdy watch roll is made of a thick olive drab 18oz cotton canvas with walnut brown genuine leather trim. The watch roll can hold up to 6 watches. It is a secure, safe and compact way to store and carry watches.

Powerful Lume

Redwood uses non-radioactive Super-LumiNova pigments, a major improvement over mid-century technology. The pigment appears white in daytime conditions and produces a strong greenish glow in low light after exposure to light or UV.

BulletProof Case Construction

The watch case is the embodiment of form following function, with a no-nonsense, rugged, all-stainless construction. Whereas period watches had a diameter of 32-33mm, the Redwood is a modern 40mm, the sweet spot for a field watch. The brushed finish reduces unwanted glare. The massive lugs are insurance against failure. They are drilled for convenient spring bar removal.
